TROY – August 15, 2013 –IPS Technology Services recently won a contract to provide website and digital marketing upgrade, maintenance and hosting services for the Michigan chapter of a global professional organization. The client has been finding it difficult to keep up with its communications with members through email blasts, website upgrades, and maintenance activities as it was managed by its volunteer members. Additionally, the client found these tasks becoming increasingly difficult due to regular shifts in ownership of the website maintenance and marketing activities with a changing board of directors every other year. They realized that email blasts were not going out as planned and that the website and email lists were not being updated in a timely manner.
As the manager of this client’s email communications and website maintenance, IPS Technology Services will be responsible for sending out organization-wide emails on behalf of the client, making regular changes to the organization’s website and performing periodic updates to the client’s membership email lists. By hiring IPS Technology Services to perform these services, the client will be able to maintain continuity of brand image and email communications in the future—regardless of the status of the communications chair volunteer position.
