Troy– Jan 30, 2014 – IPS Technology Services was recently awarded a Website and Ecommerce development contract by a golf club manufacturer headquartered in southeast Michigan.
Under this contract, IPS will completely overhaul the current website and add an Ecommerce feature to it. According to the golf club manufacturing company, the look and feel of the current website is not professional and its ecommerce component is clunky. “If a client comes to the website, it is hard to find any meaningful information and the online purchase experience is not user-friendly. This is causing us to lose business or leave money on the table,” says the owner of the company who has recently relocated to Michigan from the South.
IPS Technology Services will completely redo the website by restructuring it appropriately and giving it a fresh look. IPS will also add multiple new Ecommerce features and streamline the purchasing process so that a visitor can find and buy items quickly. IPS will also add three critically important items: the option for the user to customize a club prior to purchase, the ability to generate reports showing purchase status of visitors, and full integration of the website sales information with Quick Books.
